winForce - Case Information Management Software

WinForce is a total case information management system. It serves as an electronic index to all reports, notes, photographs, tapes, and evidence gathered in the course of a case or investigation. It links all entries to their digital images and provides the user with a focused tool to analyze the data and organize it for trial. General features of the product include the following:

Tracks all information in an investigation in whatever form it is generated, including digitized audio and video.
Indexes and creates links for the digitized images and classifies them into eight distinct categories for easy analysis and organization.
Permits easy and meaningful retrieval of the information needed by both investigators and attorneys.
Provides flexibility with user-definable fields.
Permits documents to be annotated or redacted directly within the application.
Provides easy to use filters, sorting, and searching on every case item.
Performs specific functions to assist in the preparation of a legal case including: maintaining witness and order of proof for trial, organizing claims or issues, and printing subpoenas and other court documents.
Provides comprehensive security controlling global access to the system and per-user access to each investigation with the option to limit individual access down to the field level within the database.
Allows an unlimited number of people to work on the same case simultaneously.
Exports and imports data to and from other applications.
