Jimmy
Wood, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wood is a WinForce Technologies co-founder bringing 40 years of business,
financial and leadership experience to the company. Mr. Wood has served as a
senior executive with publicly traded companies, involving mergers and
acquisition, working with investment bankers and CPA’s, positioning company
stock for growth, and facilitating a number of stock offerings. Positions held
include Corporate Controller; Vice President and Corporate Controller for
company traded OTC, AMEX, and NYSE; Vice President and CFO for company traded
on AMEX; Executive VP and COO for company traded on AMEX; President and COO;
and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Bank of Northern Arizona
(predecessor to Norwest Bank).
Mr. Wood received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Louisiana State University.
James
C. Rigg II, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Mr. Rigg has
a history of successful business development in the technology sector, both the domestically
and internationally, with new product development from concept to market. Mr. Rigg
has served as a member of a Siebel Advisory Group and as a Panel Speaker for a
Yankee Group Seminar. Mr. Rigg received a BA in Political Science with a minor
in Communications from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.
Ralph
A. Kent, Director of Technology
Mr. Kent brings to WinForce Technologies a unique mix
of business and technical expertise.
Mr. Kent draws on his experience in implementing systems and expertise in
development methodologies to enhance all aspects of product design and
development.
As the
Director of Technology, Mr. Kent coordinates the integration of WinForce
Technologies products into the client’s existing systems and network
infrastructure.
Mr. Kent is also responsible for client training, service and support.
With over
two decades of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Kent has held various
management positions in IT with Exxon Corp. and was the founder and President
of a successful computer consultancy company specilalizing in database
technologies and development methodologies.
Mr. Kent earned his Bachelor of Computer Engineering from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Rigg is the driving force behind WinForce Technologies' strong customer
support history. In his previous executive positions Mr. Rigg
established a strong track record in client relationship management using his
natural ability to follow through, resulting in very high levels of customer
satisfaction with his client base. At WinForce, he has utilized his knowledge
and experience, in both the public and private sectors, to position the company
as a leader in Case Information Management.
