The WinForce Support team is dedicated to providing superior service to our clients. Telephone support is available at (480) 368-1555 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday. You can also submit questions to support@winforcetech.com. Questions received by e-mail Monday through Thursday are answered by the end of the next business day. Questions received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are answered by the end of business the following Monday (unless it's a holiday). Typically, your e-mail message will result in a phone call from our support team to ensure we understand the question and/or to ensure that we are clear in communicating the answer to your question.

Supplemental Support Plan

The most effective and affordable method of acquiring telephone support is to purchase our supplemental support offering.

Twelve months of phone support (up to 4 hours of support time) for WinForce is available for $99 per license when purchased as you initially acquire your WinForce licenses and for $149 per license thereafter. When your first 12 months (or 4 hours) of support have lapsed, you may purchase an additional 12 months (or 4 hours) of support for $99 per license.

Per Incident Support

You can still receive personal service from our technical support staff even if you prefer to pay for help only as you need it. You can pay a flat fee that covers all of the support that you need for a particular incident. The fee per incident is $50. This fee must be paid by credit card at the time support is requested. If you e-mail a support question, we will review the question to determine whether it can be answered meaningfully in a concise reply. If it can, we will respond by e-mail at no-charge. However, typically our support team must talk with you in order to properly determine the situation and sufficiently answer your questions. If this is the case, we will e-mail you explaining this fact and ask you to call us to pay for a support incident or sign-up for our supplemental support plan.

Emergency and After Hours Support

The WinForce support team is available day or night to provide unparalled support. In order to provide this enhanced service, an additional fee of $99 is assessed for each after hours support call. This fee must be paid by credit card at the time support is requested. Call (480) 368-1555.
